How do I make a payment on my account?
Midland Credit Management, Inc. services accounts for Asset Acceptance, LLC and offers a variety of different payment options.
Who can I speak to before I make a payment?
Midland Credit Management, Inc. offers convenient online chat options for consumers. MCM also has Account Managers who can assist you when you call (800) 296-2657 Monday through Friday, 8am – Midnight ET, and Saturday & Sunday 8am – 7:30pm ET.
How can I find balance information?
All of your account information has been shared with Midland Credit Management. When you log onto their website, you will be able to see your current balance and other account information. If you need more information, you can call MCM at (800) 296-2657.
Assistance & Verification Questions
Where can I find my MCM login information?
MCM offers two ways you can sign in to your account:
- Option 1: Use the MCM account number which is on all letters and emails. Then verify the last four digits of your social security number.
- Option 2: Select “I don’t know my MCM Account Number”. Then enter your last name, date of birth, and the last four digits of your social security number.
I am not sure this is my account. What should I do?
Check the original account information against your records. If you still do not recognize the debt, contact Midland Credit Management at (800) 296-2657. As the servicer of our accounts, Midland Credit Management will be able to review all available account records and help you verify the account.
